Every device we sell is graded against strict, documented criteria — not a salesperson's impression. Our grading is tied directly to the diagnostic output, so the label you see reflects exactly what the data says.

Before any device leaves our hands, it goes through a certified multi-pass data wipe — the same standard used by enterprises and government agencies. We don't just reset. We erase.
✦ Certified Data Erasure
Nothing stays. Every Rekart device is wiped using a certified erasure protocol — not a standard factory reset — before it passes certification. This means all photos, messages, apps, passwords, and account data are permanently overwritten and unrecoverable.
The erasure is tied to the device's IMEI and logged in our certification record. If you ever need proof that a device was wiped before it came to you, we can provide it.

Your warranty activates from the day your device arrives. You don't need to register, scan anything, or fill in a form. It just works.
If your device develops a hardware fault covered under warranty, contact us. We'll arrange collection, diagnose the issue, and either repair the device or send you a like-for-like replacement — usually within 3–5 working days from collection.
Manufacturing defects and hardware faults — anything that wasn't caused by you. Screen faults, connectivity failures, speaker issues, camera malfunctions, and battery degradation below grade threshold (first 3 months for battery).
If we can fix it, we will — using certified parts, tested to Rekart Checked® standard. If we can't repair it within the warranty window, we'll replace it with an equivalent device at the same or higher grade.
Battery note: Battery health is covered for the first 3 months. For devices with non-removable batteries (most modern smartphones), we test and document battery health before listing. Out-of-warranty battery replacement is available at a fixed fee and won't void your warranty.
