Step 1
Fill in the form — tell us about your device, its condition, and which device you'd like to upgrade to. Our team reviews your submission and responds within 24 hours with a trade-in quote and next steps. No commitment required at this stage.
Step 2
Once you accept the preliminary quote, our courier collects your device from your home, office, or anywhere in the UAE — completely free. Devices are packaged securely at collection and logged against your name and request ID.
Step 3
Our engineers carry out a thorough physical and functional assessment. We verify grade, storage, battery health, and any faults. Within 48 hours, we send a final confirmed trade-in value. If anything differs from what was described, we call you — you always decide before we proceed.
Step 4
Once you confirm, your trade-in value is applied as a credit to your next Rekart Checked® device — or paid out to your UAE bank account the same day. Your new device ships fast and arrives at your door with a 1-year warranty.
Trading in with Rekart means your old device's value goes further — applied directly to a certified, warranted upgrade that's delivered to your door.

Your old phone is wiped to NIST 800-88 standard before it leaves our workshop. You receive a destruction certificate. Your data is gone — completely.
