Our logistics team arrives with tamper-evident packaging and serialised collection bags. Every device is photographed, IMEI/serial logged against a manifest, and signed off by your representative. Chain of custody begins at handover.
Step 2
At our secure facility, every device is checked against the manifest, photographed, and categorised into resale, recycling, or destruction streams. Each receives a unique tracking ID linked to the final certificate.
Step 3
Functional storage is wiped with NIST SP 800-88 compliant software — multi-pass overwrite with cryptographic verification. Damaged or inaccessible media: degaussing and mechanical shredding. Every event is logged with timestamp and verification hash.
Step 4
Recoverable assets are refurbished and resold through Rekart — revenue can be credited to your organisation. Non-recoverable units enter certified material streams. Physical destruction includes video evidence on request.
Step 5
Within 48 hours of processing, each device receives an individual certificate — IMEI/serial linked, timestamped, with destruction method. Delivered as a signed PDF package for legal and audit teams.
