Brand plans only cover their own devices and usually have to be bought within 30–60 days of a new purchase. Store plans cover what you bought there, often with 1–2 claims and an excess each time. Rekart Protect covers any brand, any age, bought anywhere.

We acknowledge every claim within 24 hours. 94% are resolved within 5 working days; screen repairs average 2.

A fixed amount you pay per claim. Total Shield waives it on your first claim; Elite Shield never charges one.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you only pay the difference for the rest of your term.
